1. Digital Products

• Instant Access: All courses/templates are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via:

  • Automated email with download links

  • Dashboard access on rudrasenapati.in

• Link Validity: Download links expire after 72 hours (re-request via help@rudrasenapati.in)

2. Physical Goods (If applicable)

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days

• Shipping:

  • India: 3-5 business days via [Delhivery/DTDC]

  • International: 7-14 business days via [DHL/FedEx]

• Tracking: Sent via email within 24hrs of dispatch

3. Delivery Issues

• Report missing/broken downloads within 48 hours to help@rudrasenapati.in

• For physical items:

  • Provide photos of damaged packaging

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

4. Important Notes

• No shipping fees for digital products

• Customs duties (international orders) are buyer’s responsibility

• We don’t guarantee delivery dates for third-party couriers
