Refund Policy

 

Digital Products & Services

All digital products (including courses, templates, and downloadable resources) are non-refundable once:

• Payment is confirmed, AND
• Product access is granted or files are downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital goods, these purchases are irrevocable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

1. The product is defective (e.g., corrupted files, broken access).
2. You did not download or access the product.
3. The request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

All exceptions are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.

Policy Enforcement
